Going in for facial surgery is probably not something anyone looks forward to, but it has to be done. Doctor Brooks was efficient and did a very good job in my opinion with the surgery and stitch up. The wound care routine was explained, and all of the materials that I need were actually provided along with an instruction sheet on the care routine. The assistants did an excellent job too. While I was sitting in the chair, one of the experienced staff was training a new hire, and was incredibly thorough with her instruction and explanation of the routine and all of the pieces to keeping as clean and sterile an environment as possible. I was impressed. I’ll tell you what I’m really amazed with is that with all of the trauma being done to the face, the worst part about the experience truly was just the smell from the cauterization. If the worst part of that whole thing is just a smell, then there’s nothing to complain about, you know? Local anesthesia is amazing to me. Hope to never need to come back here, but if I do, I will be expecting the best.

I’ve never been to a dermatologist before & this was a wonderfully smooth experience. I was in/out w/ the exact solution that I needed within 30 minutes. Dr. Rachel was super friendly, great about explaining what was going on with me, and broke down why she was prescribing what she did. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Wonderful experience from start to finish at the Brunswick office. The front desk/check out staff were kind and helpful about my insurance. Madison did an excellent job with treatment and explaining the whys of what she was suggesting.

Great Doctor and office staff, friendly and professional. A special thanks to Heather for guiding me to your office after I took a too early turn off the freeway..Dr. Brooks clearly explained what my issues were and the Mohs surgery process. The technicians who administered the anesthesia were so gentle and concerned i was comfortable, they made sure I felt nothing during and after the surgery. Dr. Brooks removed the lesions (two separate surgeries) and offered options on closing the sites and I am pleased with the outcomes. No prominent scars, everything healing well, I feel fine. Thank you Dr. Jordan Brooks and your fine staff for taking such good care of me.

I love Rachel. She's very thorough and attentive. I don't, however, love the prices. They may be standard pricesin the business, but over $200 for a full body check with no procedures is quite pricey.
