I've been coming to Dede for about 4 months now, and every facial has been amazing! The entire session is super relaxing, and she really takes the time to address all my skin concerns. The products she uses feel so luxurious and always leave my skin looking and feeling rejuvenated. I love the gentle exfoliation and the soothing mask she applies. My skin always feels incredibly soft and hydrated afterward. Highly recommend her facials if you want to pamper yourself and get that radiant glow!

Arabella Aesthetics is a hidden gem and my go-to place for all my skincare essentials and services for myself and my family (2 teenage boys & daughter in her early 20’s). I am in my mid-40’s and wanting to age gracefully and gently. The owner, Dede is extremely passionate and highly educated & experienced in her profession of medical aesthetics and has the newest/ up-to-date products, technology & equipment. She uses and sells the best on the market/ Highly Reputable/ Exclusive products: (Skin Better Science, Hydrinity to name a couple). She’s honest, caring and always has her clients’ best interest at heart. She will not sell a service or product that does not benefit you. She cares about quality of service and the best results for her clients. I was always overwhelmed by all the different treatments and options for skincare that it left me confused and intimidated. But since seeing Dede, she offered me options and has walked me through every step and customized a skincare plan for me. More importantly, I completely trust her because she is a woman of faith and integrity. Skincare and beauty is an investment, but because I trust Dede, I know my aging skin is in her blessed hands! I love my results after being with her for almost 6 months. I have a membership that allows (and is affordable) to see her once a month for a facial treatment! Lastly, I’ve sent all my children to her because they are hormonal, sweaty athletes and benefit a lot from a deep cleaning and hydrating Hydrafacial! They go from dull to glowing-renewed skin in one treatment. I try to get my kids in to see her twice a year! And she also shared with me more budget-friendly options for my kids which I so appreciate!
