My apt with Chelsea was phenomenal! I have gotten filler in my lips three times, and this visit was the least painful experience I’ve ever had. 90% of the procedure was completely pain free.. which is important to me because I can be a big baby when it comes to lip filler. Chelsea was so patient and calming. Her energy is just comforting. The front desk was kind and communicated well with me via email and in person. The office was clean and very sterile looking (which I also love). All in all they gained a life long client out of me. My lips have never been more shaped and beautiful. Chelsea took her time and definitely treated my lips as a piece of artwork. She even listened to me and fixed my bottom lip that was more droopy on one side than the other, something no one has been able to do! I am extremely happy and feel so confident. Thank you North Georgia Vein and Aesthetics!!!!

Dr Wrobel and his staff are amazing! Alison, Donna, and April give excellent customer service and a professional experience. I have bed. To their office for multiple procedures and give the highest rating for this practice. I will continue to refer them and so glad I found this practice.

The staff appeared to be friendly and knowledgeable. I believed that the information I was provided was accurate and proceeded accordingly. I was led to believe that this was a standard appointment in a series of appointments to evaluate troubled varicose veins that had been previously deemed damaged. I asked about the copay, assuming that it would be the standard $40 copay as it had been at my previous vein clinic the year before. It wasn’t until I received the bill for $318 that I was informed that it was not coded as a standard visit and they would not be correcting the visit. Had they been up front about this I would have gone back to my previous clinic, where I NEVER paid more than the standard copay. I made the mistake of using this clinic as matter of convenience. Do yourself a favor and be VERY specific about the billing or better yet, choose a different clinic. Choose a clinic that will be honest about the billing treats patients with dignity and respect. Your appointment may not be with the Dr and you may be billed 9 times your copay. EDIT: At NO time did I request, suggest, or ask anyone to falsify coding, change the fee, or commit insurance fraud. The fact that the manager would suggest such a thing on a public forum is indicative of their treatment for anyone who questions their billing practices and their ability to communicate with patients. I only spoke with the receptionist. Not once did the manager attempt to speak with me. That bold lie in your reply speaks volumes. Earlier, I simply questioned your methods. NOW I also question your ethics.

The best experience I have ever had. The first time I entered this office, I felt so great by the way that the staff treated me and made me so welcomed and at ease. Kim and Alison are amazing and they are so professional and sweet. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.

My husband and I have been treated at North Georgia Vein Clinic for several procedures this year. We love, love, love Dr. Wrobel, Allison and Kim! Caring professional people are what we found in the whole staff and we are so thankful we chose this clinic.
