We are extremely thankful for West Georgia Dermatology Dr. Brittany and her entire group of colleagues. They are patient. They listen. They are prompt. They are on top of the care of their patients. They have changed my daughter’s life. Her skin looks amazing. We tried every avenue and never had results like this or a Dr. truly cares. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her and this office!!!! Amazing results. She lets me take pictures again and her confidence levels are soaring.

Brittany Baker was absolutely amazing with my 11-year-old daughter! From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and included her directly in the conversation about her care. I really appreciated how Brittany explained everything in a way my daughter could understand and empowered her to be part of the treatment decision-making process. They were incredibly prompt in getting us in and out without feeling rushed, and Brittany took the time to be thorough and informative. My daughter and I both left feeling confident and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff from the front desk, MA’s and provider were all very friendly.

For my first appointment, it was great. Arrived early to complete paperwork and it was very easy using the tablet they provided. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to go back. Waiting on Dr. Robert’s was only a few minutes, she was very nice and made great eye contact, listening to my concerns. She wrote me a few prescriptions and gave me some good recommendations on dealing with my issues. Was very satisfied with my visit today.

We take the whole family to see Matt. (Dr. Tolbert) He is phenomenal. He takes the time to explain everything in a way you can understand, even when speaking to kids. Our time with him doesn’t feel rushed at all. Very personable, very kind & brings a calming presence to the appointment room. Would recommend this dermatologist to anyone needing care.

Very professional and courteous. Even though they were busy you didn't have to wait long. Doctor was nice and asked questions and also listened to my concerns. Would recommend them to everyone. Matter of fact my daughter just made an appointment.
