I recently received my second laser hair removal treatment from Dr. Adegbile. I am so thrilled with the results! I have had laser hair removal before on my underarms years ago and I decided to try my bikini area. The office is very spa like and calming with candles, fountains and music! Dr. Adegbile checked my level of comfort throughout the process which I appreciate very much! After my appointment, the nurse came in with a special refreshment for me to enjoy. The office staff are friendly and personable as well. Results are different for everyone based on what you have to begin with but with just 1 treatment, I have seen at least 50% reduction in hair growth!

STAY AWAY!! I cannot warn you enough. There are so many mixed reviews online that I decided to give it a try for myself and wish I had been warned! I went for laser hair removal and it started with the front desk not having me on the schedule after confirming my appointment date/time via email. I waited about 30 minutes to be seen. A few weeks later I went back in for my next session and they were running behind again, I waited close to an hour. For context, I went in for facial laser and she got extremely close to my eye and went over the area multiple times, my skin was extremely uncomfortable after I left and I decided to give it a day. By the time I got home I had two large burn marks under both of my eyes. The follow up after reaching out was "So sorry you had this laser treatment complication/side effect." This was absolutely not a side effect and most definitely user error. They offered to prescribe a medication to help the burn but the damage is already done, its been a little over a month already with no resolution, no refund and scars on my face. If you are seeking laser or any other service look elsewhere!

Dr Adegbile and her staff have been nothing but courteous and professional to me. I chat it up with them whenever I go in there & the conversations and service have all been good. I go there for a variety of services and no matter the type of service my visits are always pleasant and I leave feeling excited and inspired to live a healthier and happier life. I highly recommend this office for all of your medical needs.

I did not enjoy my visits there for medical treatment. I felt very much like the spa was the much bigger concern of those in the office. Since I didn't want Botox or Juvaderm I was not a priority. Any requests for prescriptions or medical records required multiple phone calls or faxes to get taken care of. I am still waiting for my new doctor to receive my records and the last time I walked into the office and was told they would be sent that afternoon. It did not happen.

I called this office for a mutual patient JUST to obtain the fax number. The girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude! I work for one of the busiest doctors in Columbus, Ga & even we don't speak with our patients this way! Hopefully the Doctor is aware of her staff.
