West Georgia Ortho and PT

I LOVE, LOVE, absolutely LOVE the staff here at West Georgia Medicine! From Natalyn going above and beyond to work w my schedule (she is a doll). Cheyenne ALWAYS making sure that I get what I need when it comes prepping for my STEM Cell & PRP treatments (she is the greatest). Jorge is the absolute BEST PT I have ever worked with (and I've worked w many) because he actually listens and works w what is best for you. Shaun has been a true LIFESAVER when it comes to my injections. I have herniated and bulging discs in my back and I can say that when you have a Provider that will truly listen to you and value what you say about your pain (Thank you Shaun; you're truly PHENOMENAL). Last but not least I have to mention Shan, who did my last set of injections (Shaun was OOO) she has an amazing personality and made me feel comfortable and at ease (which isn't the easiest thing to do). I write this review after being a consistent customer for well over a year and often times we are quick to write the negative interactions but never showcase the good things. Let this be the proof that there is still good people out there that still cares about people because it has been shown from these staff members time and time again ❤️

Cancelled my appointment and scheduled someone else into the slot after I left a voicemail asking if there were any more appointment times for that same day (the only day I could come) and asking that they call me to try to work it out. They called to say they cancelled. This all came from a mixup where they sent two appointment reminder messages from two different numbers the day before my appointment. I will be switching to another business for my PT needs and advised Tricare to remove them from the recommended list.

My experience here has been amazing! The office staff is friendly, helpful and professionally. I feel at home the second I walk through the door. Cheyenne and Heather are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. These ladies are kind and handle everyone as an individual. Cheyenne was so patient during the process, explained everything throughly and answered all of my questions. I have enjoyed my experience here and am pleased with my results so far. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future. I highly recommend West Georgia Regenerative Medicine!

The office staff is friendly, helpful and professionally. They addressed my concerns and I plan on a 2nd visit soon. They offer so much more than just regenerative medicine. They offer physically therapy, joint degeneration and so much more. Shout out to Maegan Bell and Cheyenne White...You are the Best!

Please read. This is very difficult to write. First let me say this experience has taken a serious toll on my self-esteem. I must advise anyone considering injectables, please reconsider getting any anesthetic work done here under the eyes. I had to go back 4 times for my under eyes. Please beware Megan does not have the experience to do under the eyes, which I just found out by another provider today after my second visit to get another option on my botched eyes. Secondly Cheyenne over sells! She tried suggesting I need a Botox face lift. Also that I needed a second syringe( which I got) She tried to make it seem like everything was ok, after my eyes were done…well it wasn’t. One syringe was fine if done right. I had two other second opinions after my work done here, both agreed my eyes should have never looked they way they did, and I have the pics to show. Megan over filled my tear trough and the placement was incorrect and then tried to make it seem like it was me, not her lack of inexperience. I should have never looked the way I did (never)! Its scary how Nonchalant they acted and made me feel. I had Megan try to correct it, after telling Cheyenne multiple times along with sending her pictures and texts , my eyes don't look right. On the 3rd visit Megan made me mark the areas to fix, if I’m not mistaken I’m not the professional here, how is that my job? Then she proceeded to tell me nothing at this point is going to make me happy. Now I have what you call a C-shell shape around my eyes caused by filling the outer eyes by the cheeks. My right and left eyes are still not even or smooth. I am scared to go back, and get anymore fixed, even tho I have more then a half of a syringe left. I have zero trust in the Injector or her assistant. I feel terrible.
