My experience has been positive the 4 times I've been to the office. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment.

I DO NOT recommend this office at all. I literally called the day before and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes. I was given an appointment the next day at 9:15 am, the day of the appointment I arrived 15 min before scheduled appointment time as requested 9:00am (which is when they open), and no one showed up until 9:15am (time of scheduled appointment).As receptionist Checked my insurance I was told they did not accept it this place has the worst customer service and advise to stay FAR away and don’t waiste your time. If I could give a negative score they definitely would receive it.

Dr.Daley was thorough, kind, and very responsive. We were on time to the appointment and saw the doctor immediately. She was fantastic.

Literally the worst office ever. I have never met more incompetent people in my life. We called yesterday and we’re given an appointment for today at 11:30. We got there and waited about 40 minutes just to be told we didn’t have an appointment just to drive over 1 hr and 30 minutes away from home to get here. I am LIVID. I even double confirmed our appointment that was scheduled for today 2 TIMES.

I would give no stars if possible. I called the day before the appointment to confirm appt. They said yes. I Went to the office - after standing at the front desk girl finally looked up, asked my name and told me I had to fill out paperwork - had been given a password and logon to the patient portal so I could have all of the paperwork filled out prior to the visit - it was all filled out and uploaded over a month prior to appt... I was there 15-20 minutes prior to visit, so still had time. "Clueless" at desk, stayed on phone and finally asked the other person in the waiting room to come to the desk - they had not verified ins yet (NEVER have I ever gone to a doctors office they didn't verify insurance before appointment), so she finally took her back - 30 minutes past my appt time another couple walked in (the receptionist knew them) they sat there about 15 minutes and she then took them back. When she came back, I asked her why she took them first. "Well, their appointment was before yours - even though, if she had not been so clueless and had the other person's insurance verified, I would have been in a room by them. Needless, I walked out - doctor may be good, but can't get past the front office person.
