Excellent Patient Care but very poor Customer Service. Dr Dhar is fantastic, however, the auxiliary staff needs more training and their telephone system should be overhauled.

Potential patients beware! Wish there was an option for zero stars…… Went to visit Dr Dahr for myself and my husband. We were suggested to do a body scan to make sure no spots were cancerous (we did not go in for that issue). Some samples were taken and sent to the lab. We were then told to come back and need to take another sample of a specific area to check. Side note….This office was in network on our amazing PPO plan that we have used for major surgeries and many many other things with no issues. Months later we received two massive bills for samples. We were not notified by the office or Dr even once that we would be consenting to hundreds of dollars of bills. Very haphazardly taking samples when unnecessary and racking up charges for us. We attempted to contact the office multiple times and were sent to the billing dept that said “it wasn’t their problem” and can’t help us. We feel completely taken advantage of….but don’t worry the dr got paid. There was no accountability, no communication, just “oh we don’t know what the lab is going to charge you” We are filing a formal complaint with the Georgia medical board on how this was handled. We will never return to that office again and I suggest you don’t either.

Everything about my experience was excellent! The staff is very friendly, kind. Dr Dhar is approachable, willing to listen and gives extensive and complete explanations. He is also sensitive to the fact that some medications are extremely expensive, and he suggests alternatives to these when they are available. I especially like the check-in process, which utilizes computer tablets rather than page after page of handwritten, fill-in-the-blank forms. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my visit and would most certainly recommend this practice to others.

Great staff there. One of my pet peeves at Doctor's offices/appointments is to show up on time (or even a little early) and then wait 30-40 minutes or longer after my appointment time to get in. Not so at NA Dermatology. Got there early and even got in a little early, saw the PA right away and got out quickly. I appreciate a physician's office that respects my time (as I respect theirs).

Dr. Dhar is phenomenal and incredibly easy to talk to! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming as well. I always feel at ease and am impressed by the efficiency of the office.
