As a new patient, I had to provide information and the lady running the front desk was very helpful. I appreciated her help. The second lady, the one assisting Erica Watson, was friendly and yet professional, while covering needed information and also giving instructions for a total body checkup. Erica Watson is a keeper. She was professional but friendly and explained what she was doing and why. She needed to take one biopsy on my forehead. I already have an appointment for next year for another annual checkup.

I highly recommend Erica as a dermatologist. Knowledgeable, professional, warm, and helpful. In appointments, Erica is exceedingly thorough with whatever the issue is. I’ve never walked out of the office feeling like she didn’t make 100% sure that I was good to go. Whenever I have a question, Erica always has an answer and is ready to explain it clearly, extensively, and to my satisfaction. Also, she is super warm and compassionate and truly provides *care* to me as her patient. It’s frustrating and disconcerting when you have a provider who seems to be unreliable, and unfortunately such a situation isn’t absolutely uncommon in many practices. I feel at ease with Erica and her team because they have taken care of me time and again. This is why I consider her one of the best providers. Her competency, compassion, and professionalism are superlative. Super thankful for her and the Cleaver team.

Excellent patient care! I was seen promptly. Erica, performed the exam and gave me several options for treatment of the issues discussed. The other staff were professional and friendly and made me feel respected and valued. They have a beautiful facility, conveniently located in Dahlonega and parking available right in front of building. Great experience. I will definitely use this facility for all my dermatology needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Erica and the other associates. It was my first dermatologist appointment today and I was full of anxiety when I came in, but Erica was so professional and answered my questions with confidence and was able to put my mind at ease.
