Dani is amazing! She is so thorough with educating thru the injecting process, listened and asked many questions about my end goal. She is gentle, and an exceptional injector! She didn’t make me feel like just another dollar in the chair but a welcomed patient that she truly cared about! I’d recommend her to anyone and will never use anyone else!

I have been seeing GDE Aesthetics for years, and I will not go anywhere else. I even moved to another state, and drive over 2 hours just to see them. They are very accommodating, and go out of their way to answer questions, and make you feel comfortable with whatever service you’re getting. They’re simply the best!

Graham is an exceptional professional and injector. His meticulous attention to detail, thoroughness, honesty, and non-pushy approach make him stand out. Despite a misunderstanding on my part, he went above and beyond to make things right—even at a personal cost. I highly recommend him and give him a well-deserved 5/5!

Update: In response to the reply from owner: Graham. Let’s not pretend this was about me not respecting your policies as that is not the case here. I am a business owner and i respect company policies. This is about how you spoke to me, raised your voice, interrupted me etc. The fact is, you were out of line. There were simple solutions to the issue, which you lost your temper and failed to exercise. I received 3 private messages from other women who seen my fb post and they told me they felt you ripped them off on their last visit with you. I also felt that you ripped me off back in May, and I text you asking for clarification, that I did not receive- I thought maybe I misunderstood but after this go around with you and their statements, I am certain that you have simply lost respect for paying customers over the last 3-6 months. I would encourage you to look your behavior and make the appropriate changes. I am literally in shock right now. I’ve been going to GDE aesthetics for YEARS!! I have always done the buy one get one free syringe and paid at my appointment. EVERY YEAR!!! Without fail. The owner Graham just called me at my request bc I had a question. The way this man just talked to me is UNBELIEVABLE when I pay him an EMBARRASSING amount of money every time I go in there. The issue at hand, was that I had not yet paid for the buy one get one free syringe, I have NEVER paid in advance and I have never been able to get in before Nov or Dec and I’ve always paid at my appointment and no one has ever said a word about it. Tonight, when he called, he thought it was professional and polite to raise his voice at me, over talk me and interrupted me every time I simply tried to explain that I was not ever told to pay in advance, it wouldn’t have been a problem had he actually had a conversation with me, I would have paid. He could have looked at my previous appointments and seen that I was telling the truth, but instead he disrespected me and basically called me a liar. Let’s not even discuss the fact that I am and have been a repeat customer, and his entire tone was off from the start. It is absurd that he would even consider speaking to a Customer that way, not to mention a repeat customer that has sent him several repeat customers. I am livid right now. I will NEVER step foot back in his office again. There is PLENTY of other establishments in the surrounding area.
