Dr. Kathleen Smith is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients. My daughter has been seeing her for severe eczema, and while we haven’t yet seen significant improvement in her itching, Dr. Smith has been thorough, patient, and dedicated to finding the right treatment. She takes the time to listen to our concerns, explains every option clearly, and genuinely wants to help. The office staff is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and always accommodating with scheduling. Although we are still searching for the right solution, I appreciate Dr. Smith’s expertise and commitment to my daughter’s care. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.

I’ve seen her before and never had a bad experience, but this visit felt so different—almost like I wasn’t even there. She walked in, barely looked at me, and just asked why I was there. I explained that I never got a follow-up from my last visit. She left to check, came back, and without really acknowledging me, just said, ‘It was negative.’ She didn’t sit down, didn’t ask how I was feeling—nothing. Just stood there and said, ‘I’m ordering some cream. Call me if you have any other problems.’ The entire visit lasted less than five minutes. Before I could even process what had happened, before I could ask another question or express my concerns, she was already walking out the door. I felt so unheard, so dismissed—like I was invisible

My appointment went very well. I was explained in detail what to expect. Pain was very minimal I truly could see immediate results after the procedure. The following day very minimal swelling and today I’m looking 10 years younger. I highly recommend this provider and her assistant was a 10/10. I will definitely recommend this offce and provider.
