Have not been to get a facial in awhile and my skin was asking for a moisture reboot. The owner did a wonderful job with the shoulder, hair scalp massage as well. She hydrated my skin which was sorely needed. Only reason for 4 stars is that she would pick up the phone during my session, go in and out of the room leaving the door open and didn't wash her hands when she came back in. Hopefully she reads this and can change those few small things! Seems very experienced otherwise.

Been going here from since 2017(?) I do like to get weekly facials as I have had problematic skin which started in my late 20s early 30s(thanks PCOS) I have always had multiple packages at different korean shops due to my schedule but this is one place I have been consistently renewing. Also if you are under a care of a dermatologist (accutane) like myself this place will accommodate your treatments so you will have less side effects and most positive results. Also they respect the orders of drs and your wishes and really does accommodate.

The BEST skincare service!!! I have been to 3 different places but this place is the BEST!!! The owner and the staff truly care about your skin condition and I can feel that they genuinely want to provide all the services to make you look vibrant. I am definitely signing up another 10 sessions with them.
