North Atlanta Dermatology - Duluth

Today, I had an appointment at 2:30 pm this afternoon. I signed in and expected the usual sign in questions and survey. I sit down in the waiting room and stayed there till 3:45! Without being called or questioned. This is the second time this happened at this location. When I got up and informed the front office staff how long I had been waiting. They ask for my name. I informed them I signed in and now I’m leaving and I’m not ever coming back! I walked out!

Professional, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and explained things well. I will recommend Dr Orleans to all my friends and family. This was my 2nd visit. I was in and out quickly and easily. No waiting! The office is a well oiled machine and everyone there is kind, respectful, courteous and polite.

I enjoyed my first visit in the Johns Creek facility which was much more professional and attentive. The nurse and PA I visited here was much more dismissive and rushed the appointment. I also got the vibe that they assumed I was not aware of my own preexisting conditions. Overall, it felt obvious that they want you to make multiple appointments for each concern to drive profit.

Dr . Kim and her staff are AMAZING !!! They all go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and take such great care of you during your procedure!!!! I would give them 10 stars and more !! Thanks for taking such great care of me and for the personal touch of calling and checking on me ! # Jasmine , Sarah Michelle , Amber , and Taleisha !!! Y’all rock !!!!

This review is for the Mohs Surgery office, which I believe has its own separate staff. I was referred here from another NAD office for Mohs surgery. I cannot say enough good about Dr. Kim and her staff. My surgery was graciously rescheduled because of lingering effects from another skin treatment. They were very understanding, efficient and professional. Surgery went well and “post-op” instructions were clear and concise. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Kim to check on me. A very welcomed change from the usual “revolving door” treatments experienced nowadays.
