Dr. Patel is incredibly professional and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and addressed all of my concerns. Throughout the process, we have had frequent check-ins. A traumatic event led me to Dr. Patel’s practice when I suffered severe facial injuries from a dog bite. I arrived at the North Fulton ER with deep lacerations and a split lip. Due to the severity of my injuries, the hospital physician felt it was best to call in Dr. Patel for treatment. I was extremely distressed, but Dr. Patel arrived promptly put me at ease with his professionalism and compassion. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I understood the process and self care of restoring my face. To help calm my nerves, he even played music of my choice, demonstrating a level of care that went beyond just medical treatment. When I later visited his practice for stitch removal, his thoughtful office manager provided exceptional support as I became somewhat emotional once again. Thanks to Dr. Patel’s meticulous work and outstanding post-care, I am healing well, with minimal scarring and reduced long-term trauma. Dr. Patel and his team provide exceptional care, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been treated by him. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate plastic surgeon.

I recently under went a reduction mammoplasty due to neck, back & shoulder pain. Dr. Patel is a very detailed and precise surgeon. The whole process from consultation, insurance approval assistance, surgery & post-op appointments have been smooth thanks to Erica. 3 days before mine day of celebration I was going to the bank and forty yards from my house on the curb at nine degrees, I was t-boned by someone coming down the hill, they hit me and pushed me off the road three yards. My door was crushed, I was covered with glass, I called my husband, he tried to pull me out but the fire department told him not to, they used retraction to pull me out to take me gently on a gurney and took me to the hospital. In the emergency room, the nurses were trying to get the glass out and they checked my brain and my eye. I spent three days in the hospital. There were four doctors and Dr Patel came to my house with his cello on his back to convince me to go for surgery, he explained how important it is to have the under eye support so I wouldn't lose the eye. I took his advice and he worked on me on the day after for seven hours. He reconstructed my cheek because it was crushed and my lower eye socket. The metal is keeping my eye in proper position. I am very grateful that he convinced me how important it is to have eyes working. I can see and I'm grateful. May God bless Dr Patel and his family and the other people that were at the surgery.
