This spa is so beautiful and refreshing for people on the go like me. With it being right in the middle of downtown it’s so easily accessible AND they take walk ins! Alan was amazing! His background in physical therapy was an added bonus when he gave me extra advice on how to take care of my body in the future.

if you haven’t tried Spinal Flow yet, you are definitely missing out. Glenda has been working her magic on me for several months now and I feel like a weight has lifted of my shoulders every time I leave. I saw this technique online and was curious about it. I’m so glad I tried it. Glenda is an absolute angel and highly recommend her. This technique is gentle yet so profound and I haven’t been back to my Chiropractor for quite a while.

Wonderful spa experience. I was greeted warmly but efficiently. The retail area is bright and welcoming and the waiting area warm and comfortable. The water and herbal tea offering was a nice touch. We enjoyed the 90 minute couples massage with Alan and Debbie. Our goal was both therapeutic and relaxing and these therapist managed both beautifully. Both were able to identify and treat trouble areas but also deliver a thorough and relaxing massage overall. The therapy rooms are comfortably lit with gentle spa music playing throughout the treatment. It wasn’t the fanciest spa I have ever been to but the quality of the experience ranked as my top 3, and I’ve had massages at 5 star resorts and luxury hotels. I would send friends or family here with confidence. The quality of the service was perfectly in line with pricing. Scheduling was easy via phone as it was a couple’s massage but other services can be scheduled online. All administrative staff contact was pleasantly professional and thorough. Text reminders were helpful. Keep up the great work IMBALI folks, y’all are doing good work.

First time couples massage with Trish & Mary today and it was amazing! My husband has never had a massage before and Trish made him feel relaxed and comfortable. I love massages and Mary is up there with the best of them! Highly recommend IMBALI to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience.

I've been here a few times now, primarily focusing on my shoulders, since I've dealt with a lot of pain there for a few years now. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first but Lyric has done what I can only describe as magic. I sleep and move better, and the constant aching and burning has either gone away, or gotten better over time. She does an amazing job making me feel comfortable and respected. I recommend anyone thinking about going here to absolutely try it out! The environment is calming without coming off as cheesy and they have a gorgeous selection of handmade jewelry and clothes.
