Redefine by Z

This was my first time doing anything facial. Just from entering into the business office I felt a sense of class and opulence. The flooring took me by surprise. It was shiny and felt like I was walking on purple cotton candy. Love the decor. I got the mechanical exfoliation and micro needling. The exfoliating felt like I was shaving a layer of dead skin off my face. The micro needling images in my mind was dispatched with the explanation and talking me thru the process. Loved the customer service and attentiveness. Z really went out of her way to make me comfortable and at ease. Enjoyed the in between subtle facial massages. Then she surprised me again with a goodie bag to maintain my new facial experience. Thank you for a great first experience and the memory.

I had an appointment today for a facial at Redefine By Z. I was introduced to a mechanical exfoliation and micro needling with hydrating solution then a hydrating mask. I left feeling great! I was skeptical at first, but now that I’ve experienced the services, it’s safe to say, the experience was well worth it! The ambiance, the professionalism, the innovative equipment, the cleanliness, and the stellar customer service. Everything was phenomenal! I left with a smile that I’ve been carrying all day!!

I enjoyed my experience with Redefine by Z and would highly recommend anyone that has questions and want a professional who cares and goes above and beyond to give you real results. Zanetta asks what your concerns are when you sit down and have a one on one consultation. She takes her time and lets you know exactly what to expect during each procedure. I received a nice follow up message the very next day which is so important to our experience. Can’t wait to go back again and receive more treatments.
