I recently took my daughter to see Angelique and her team, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment we walked in, Emily at the front desk made us feel so welcome and comfortable with her warm and friendly demeanor. She truly set the tone for an amazing visit. Angelique is absolutely phenomenal—her professionalism and passion for her craft shine through in everything she does. She took the time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident, and I really appreciated the way she explained everything with such care. Rebecca was equally wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure the experience was positive and enjoyable. It’s clear that everyone on this team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about their clients. I have eczema and often compare my dry skin to cracked flaky snake skin. I have followed Angelique for years and never make time for self care, but I finally made the call. What was I waiting for?? My snake skin has been silky smooth and comfortable since I saw her. I had a facial and she recommended some products to help me stay hydrated at home. I thought I had tried everything, but her suggestions have made my dry skin more comfortable than it has been in a long while. Shes the best, if you've been thinking about it, make the call.

Angelique is incredibly professional. Extremely knowledgeable in skin care. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. My favorite part is relaxing on her heated table while she works her magic. She is very honest. Will not sell you service or products you don’t need. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Angelique has been taking care of my skin for almost 10 years. She has seen my skin through my 30’s which involved postpartum, hormonal changes, diet changes, stress changes, etc.... She always has my trust because she is constantly educating herself in the industry, is always is on top of evolving technology, and stays in the know with high quality products. She makes her clients a priority in more ways than one. My skin has never looked or felt better as I approach 40, with her knowledge and expertise I’ll never look it!

So, I was so excited to get my very 1st facial experience. I was able to get my appointment for the same day. I had the address but was not sure where I was actually going. I was on time and at the location, but got turned around with all the suites the building has. I called for verbal direction and the girl made my decision of not going through with my appointment. She spoke to me like it hurt her to guide me. I was giving her an ideal of where I was at and she said I DONT KNOW WHERE THATS AT. I said I was telling you were I was at for guidance. The call got uncomfortable and triggered me to be upset. She spoke like I was illiterate and I told her I was not from here so I didn’t know the stadium and other place she was naming. It felt like she was saying Duh without actually saying Duh. She was not friendly nor helpful. I ultimately had to walk around the whole building before I found the establishment. While on the phone with her I told her I saw the place and she hung up the phone abruptly This whole interaction was unprofessional and should not have happened. I entered the place and just felt out of place and still upset. I decided to not spend my money there and left. I don’t know what those females (Rebecca and the girl at the front desk) was on, but that was definitely not a way to make anyone feel especially a first time customer. Her tone and the aura of them both was not a comforting vibe, they were not welcoming at all. Glad it happened before I gave them my money. I would say more but I will leave it here. EDIT: I called to express what had happened. I spoke with the owner Angellic and she told me she was the one I had spoke with as she was in a meeting at the time of that call. I could tell now by her voice it was her. This girl is rude even at at the start of this call. She started mouthing off over and talking me about what her employees told her and speaking on something that wasn’t even the issue. I didn’t leave because of no filling out no damn paperwork I left because of your mouth/rudeness. To prevent from me cursing her out and stooping to her level I ended the call. I would say I just experienced a Karen racist or something!!!
