Nice first head spa and facial experience. Friendly, accommodating staff, atmosphere is nice and calm. Products used felt great. Massage was great. Some feedback: a little delayed in getting started from time of appointment; I sat under the hair dryer afterwards and they started another person’s session right beside me, we were partially separated by a curtain—I felt like I was imposing on another person’s time so didn’t feel comfortable sitting there although staff said it was fine. In private room to dress and blow dry, the hair brush had hair in it, maybe sanitize or give new per person, and there were other’s used items in hamper.

I had an incredible experience with Kim at Sempre Spa. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. Kim’s technique was spot-on and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after. I highly recommend booking with her—she’s amazing at what she does!

I’ve been coming to the Sempre Day Spa in Johns Creek for around six months. It is completely relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating. Originally created by Amy, and now maintained by Rene, it is definitely a comforting and calming atmosphere of true tranquility. I originally started by trying the head neck and shoulder massage given by Tina and now Fay. I've experienced many massages in the past, but their massages may be some of the best. I like the way they continuously incorporate both hands into the massage in a somewhat simultaneous sensual symphony of serenity. I also enjoy the peppermint oil used at the beginning and the hot stones at the end. Being that I've been searching for a spa where I could benefit from massage on a semi regular basis, I think I've found this in the Sempre Day Spa. I'll definitely be back sometime soon, and I have recommended the spa to friends and family. Cheers.

It was so good we came back the next day! Phenomenal service and staff. Everyone is professional, the spa itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the menu is to DIE FOR. I would recommend this spot to anyone and will be driving from home 2 hours away to come back next month.
