Beautiful new medspa!! Irene is wonderful, knowledgeable and has the best customer service! From the moment you enter the office you can feel the calming and friendly demeanor from all the staff. So many different services offered, basically can get all your beauty needs in the same place! You can enjoy that amazing full body massage chair (shown in the picture) while getting your IV infusion and have the best and most relaxing time while nourishing your body at the same time. Can’t recommend this medspa and Irene enough!!!

I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 4th and called on Tuesday the 3rd to reschedule. Rescheduled for today(Saturday 14th) at 10am. I showed up and the door was locked, so I called her cellphone back to see what was happening. She said she put me down the Saturday the 7th instead of the 14th. I know for a fact I didn't schedule it for the 7th because we already had an event we had to attend to. Very very disappointing to drive 20 minutes and have nobody be there. Did not reschedule and will not be going back.

I started my journey 9/30/23 and finished 4/27/24. Throughout my time coming to her spa, Irene was so wonderful. I can’t say enough about her, but some words that come to mind are : Professional , very informative, friendly, supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend checking Xanabody out. There are many services that are offered. 😊

Irene is absolutely amazing! She is very professional but also very comforting. Her quality of work surpasses that of Ideal Image and one medals that I have been to. The pricing alone is enough to have you come back for multiple treatments but her customer service is what made everything the complete package. The quality of the service, the end results, the prices, the cleanliness, and overall experience has made me a client for life!

I came here for Botox in my forehead, brows, crows feet, and also filler. I did the Botox first which I absolutely love and came back a second time to do the lip filler. I absolutely hate my lips. They are uneven and unnatural looking. I asked to maintain my natural shape while adding volume to balance them out. As you can see in the before pictures, one side has less volume than the other. This is something I pointed out and asked to be balanced prior to the appt. After the injections, my top lip looks way bigger than the bottom lip which is my main issue, the unevenness is even more pronounced, and both lips are lumpy. I expressed my dissatisfaction during the appointment but needed to leave for another appointment. In the natural sunlight it looks even worse. I’ll show the before of my lips, my inspiration pic I showed at the beginning of the appointment, and the after lips. I did a lot of research before the appointment and came prepared with realistic expectations, and a detailed description of what I’d like done. I’m leaving this review because I called to try to remedy the situation either by dissolving the top lip or adding to the bottom and was offered at 20% discount after much back and forth to remedy the situation. My lips just don’t look good at all and I didn’t get what I asked for so I don’t believe I should have to pay another $500 to fix them. The only way to get rid of filler is to have them dissolved which costs another $600. I really regret getting filler here. I feel like I ruined my naturally beautiful lips and will most likely end up spending another $1000+ to get them dissolved and redone elsewhere. Come here for tox not filler.
