Dermatology Institute - LaGrange

Staff at front desk very unfriendly. They refused to run my son's primary insurance (that would cover the visit) even though I understood they didn't accept the secondary insurance and I was prepared to make the copay. And before this they scheduled my son for out of town instead of here in LaGrange like they were told. Then we were rescheduled for few months out only for this to happen.

Love the way they care for me. I feel comfortable about being a patient here and highly recommend them to everyone.

I would not recommend this dermatology office to anyone. All of the staff I had interaction with was rude, had attitudes. The one who called me back literally left the door to slam in my face, never had that happen. I saw the nurse practitioner that day. She had an attitude from me asking questions. I was truly just in astonishment at the staffs behavior. First time going and will never go back. Even the front desk had attitude from me asking for a receipt for my records for my hsa card. Never did get called on my biopsy results, this place is truly awful. I honestly don't understand how they are still open with the staff they have at this place.
