The best consulation i have ever had! I sat with Kat and I had never felt more seen or heard. She almost knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain it. She welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and important. She listened to my concerns and chose the best plan and doctor to fit my needs. She explained everything so well and honestly it felt like I was talking to a friend. I couldn't be happier with my experience! She was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure I was on track to receive the results I was looking for. I was even able to book my surgery date right there in the room with her! The entire process was so easy and it truly was catered to exactly what I was looking for and what I needed for my body. I couldn't recommend the macon sono bello more! This location (Macon, Ga) is serene and inviting. I was there for my first balancer pro appointment and I am looking forward to the next one. I was late but Chenise was very understanding and accommodating. Her customer service skills are outstanding! These continued services and Chenise’s hospitality are refreshing because good service is definitely hard to find.
