Kathy is absolutely amazing!!!!! Her personalized approach towards each client is evident with the results. She is extremely gentle and makes sure her clients are comfortable throughout the whole process. For lip filler she numbs the lips and you can’t feel a thing. I was extremely hesitant to try out Botox and lip filler. After speaking with her at the initial consult I was so comfortable with her and her medical background that I went ahead and did it that same day. Been going back ever since and have recommended her to many of my friends who also love her. I highly recommend Kathy!!!

Fresh Start Med Spa was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad I found Kathy and her staff! When I arrived they were super friendly and I instantly felt comfortable. I received treatments from both Kathy and Kaylee. They went over all my concerns and suggested the best treatment to get the results I desired. They really took their time with me, explained every procedure and gave me suggestions on other services they thought I may benefit from. I’m thrilled with my results! I came back two weeks later for a follow up appointment to make sure everything was looking good and do any touch ups needed, which I really appreciated! At that appt I met Noelle and she was super friendly as well! Kathy and her team really go above and beyond and I will definitely be returning!

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experiences with Fresh Start! I have been getting injections with Kathy for well over a year now and each time I leave I look better than the last. Her eye is SO precise, and her attention to detail is spot on. I also had the pleasure of getting 3 sessions of Tribella with Noelle, which gave my skin a beautiful (almost filtered like) glow and snatched my jawline. I also would like to add that I have major anxiety with needles, and Kathy, Noelle, and Kaylee have all been so amazing at keeping me calm during my treatments.
