Not impressed. Cancer screening. I am pleased that I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. But that included "surgery" and a $750 bill? The follow-up was even quicker and another $600+. For a screening? Surgery was to freeze something off. The PA didn't get it all the first time, so I got to pay for it again. I guess they're more accustomed to elective procedures that don't care about the price... or their face can't show the reaction. Bummer.

Condescending demeanor and overall attitude from Dr. Kayal himself when I received service here on my second visit. First time customer service was exceptional, but not so much on my second visit. I was treated wonderfully the first time i came here but on my second visit smh wow. I went in to freeze off a skin tag and I was scolded condescendingly by him about why i took an article of clothing for the procedure for my comfort and to avoid any damage from the cryotherapy to my clothing. All while 3 female students/aides were gawking at my body during the entire procedure. Instead of retorting to his unprofessional behavior, i kept cool, left and decided i will leave a review. I paid cash on both visits with zero insurance. Needless to say, due to this experience i never returned. This happened a while ago but something reminded me of this place again and the disrespectful service i received so here we are.

Dr.Kayal & his staff have taken care of my skin for years. He is the best! Very professional, experienced, friendly service. He takes the time to consider your individual needs & how to best approach your issues working within your financial abilities. I had skin cancer on my forehead & you cannot even see the scar. I highly recommend his practice for all!

I was very pleased with Kayal Dermatology. Getting an appointment was very fast. Other places there was a wait time of almost a month and I felt the my situation was more urgent. Everyone was courteous and professional and answer my concerns.

First visit and the staff was very pleasant and kind. Beautiful place and I felt welcomed there. I was treated very well and even had my first treatment. Great place I am very happy I went.
