Nore Women's Health

I had my first appointment at Nore in Marietta today and I found every staff member I encountered to be welcoming, pleasant, and thorough. I did wait 3 months for an appointment, but I didn't have an urgent need so that was fine. I have referred people who could get in sooner at the Roswell location, so that was another option if I'd desired to be seen quicker. I will say that there was a weird thing where my appointment time was changed 3 days before my appointment, which created quite a challenge for me, but I was able to make it happen so that I didn't need to reschedule. Sometimes you gotta go with the flow, and I think it worked in my favor as this meant I got to see Julie Morin, who is fantastic. I'm not a medical professional, but I'm in healthcare and I found Julie to be informative, engaged, a great explainer, and very open to my questions and comments. I never felt rushed. Only time will tell if the chosen treatment is effective, but I know I walked out of Nore in Marietta feeling optimistic and well taken care of from a customer service standpoint. Bravo.

Never again, never again, never again. I came here for an appointment and they had me under a different family members name. They told me “We don’t have time to take you because you’re a new patient. To go to the urgent care up the street” Meanwhile one of the lady GYN’s were CHILLING in the front. In pain, the lady in the front said there’s nothing we can do and I’m looking like seems like they have a lot of time to “chill” around here. I had to get a doctors note because i took off of work for that. I was polite however, if it were someone else. I honestly believe they would have a different experience. I canceled my appointment for the future. I will NOT stand for how I was treated.

My first visit was pleasant, quick and then the wheels fall off! When you have to call the office manager because the staff repeatedly can’t seem to do THEIR JOB it’s time to find a new place. The most irritating issue I have with medical offices as a whole is the lack intent, professionalism and employees lacking the will to execute their job and then have the manager make excuses for them! Ex: “patients love her” that’s unlike her although these things may be true to someone else’s experience it wasn’t mine so managers/ supervisors stop doing that! You are undermining the customers/patients feelings. I even gave them multiple chances and they kept dropping the ball (multiple staff members) and she could have retained my patronage has she known how to handle the situation UPDATE: gave them a second and final chance and once again they blew it. If you are not familiar with these type of clinics where the only providers are nurse Practioners NOT DOCTORS they must all have a supervising physician the loophole is that as long as they have one listed with a NPI (national provider identification) they can practice the danger is that if as I found out the MD they have one “file is an EMERGENCY DOCTOR I looked him up and no where does it say he is educated in women’s hormones. You don’t have to be in the medical field to have this knowledge if you truly care about your health I seek going to an actual GYNECOLOGIST THAT specializes in HRT. And women’s hormones otherwise you are running a huge risks because they are consequences to having too much of a good thing

The staff at Nore are amazing! From the front office to the lab tech, to the nurses and Providers- I felt like I was at home the second I walked in. Abbie (NP) was extremely knowledgeable and spent time educating me and explaining my labs in depth. I look forward to my appointments and that’s a huge compliment (because who ever likes going to medical appointments?). Patient for life!

I had a wonderful experience with Nore Women’s Health! After my friend recommended I make an appointment while visiting in Atlanta, I am so glad I did! The office was quick to respond and they use an app making communication so simple and fast. I felt heard and cared for making my anxiety completely disappear. I might add the phlebotomist was also one of the best I ever experienced!
