I absolutely love this place! As soon as you enter, Shaan and Krystal greet you warmly. My nurse, Heather, is awesome—she knows what she’s doing and never hesitates to explain things. I had a great experience the staff is truly amazing. They’re always welcoming this is my fourth session and I’m seeing really good results so far. I will tell anybody if they have been waxing to definitely switch over to laser treatment it’s a game changer.

Buyer Beware! Do not do business with Ideal Image. They pulled a bait and switch and told me the package covered one thing and when I got there it covered another. Only got one treatment and they blocked me from booking saying there was an overdue balance and to call. I paid the whole $1,900 up front so there was no balance. Years later, they still have yet to refund the $1,900. There are much better, much less expensive local options. The experience has been extremely disappointing.

The experience was exemplary. Brittanee was most knowledgeable about the service offered and providing great customer service. If I were unsure of receiving services, her pure humanistic skills sealed the deal!! I'm super excited about sharing my results from treatment with friends, family, and strangers!!
