Honestly saw they had good reviews decided to give it a chance. They don’t answer their phones so very hard to get in contact with them. Also when I booked my appointment I received a message that I had to go to a different location which was fine since it was only 5 mins away from their other location. However when I got to the other location it was people braiding hair I should have just left when I saw that. I got the 300$ acne laser treatment which felt very rushed and don’t really see any difference if anything it broke me out more. I felt as if she was more focus on getting her payment than actually helping me with my skin. Kept having to ask questions to get her to engage w me. Didn’t ask if I have any allergies or even checked if I was doing okay. She just put the laser on my face with no eye protection. This is my 1st time getting laser treatment so I honestly didn’t know what to expect and was very nervous. The person treating me was named Sabrina she wasn’t rude just was expecting more for 300$. Definitely won’t be back!!

Visited this place today on the recommendation of a neighbor. I wanted to get a facial. I called and the staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I decided to book an appointment. There is plenty of parking. It is located on the 3rd floor of an office building. It’s decorated nicely and it’s extremely clean. I was greeted by a friendly employee and directed to the facial room. The esthetician let me know every step of the way what she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable. Her name was Julia. I came out refreshed and my skin felt amazing. I will definitely return.
