The staff were very nice and professional. I really appreciated Rachel, the nurse, who was delightful. Dr. Craddock made me feel that what I said was important and took the time to really listen to me. I would recommend Southern Vein Care to anyone!

The entire staff was pleasant and informative. The front desk, nurse practitioner, medical assistant, Ben the ultrasound technician, and intern that was shadowing the nurse practitioner was awesome as well. It is always a pleasure because I know the staff is concerned and love taking care of there patients. I didn't see Dr. Graddock but is is also awesome and the best because of his bedside manners and he cares for all of his patients.

Always a good experience with Dr. Craddock and his staff. All of my questions are answered and I never feel rushed.

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Craddock took the time to listen to everything I had done to my leg before seeking him out. I appreciate the fact that he took a cautious and conservative line of therapy. Other doctors would’ve already started scanning and cutting. He gave me a thorough list of things to do for the next month before proceeding on to next steps. I would highly recommend him to anyone else in need of a vein specialist.

My mother received great care! Dr. Craddock has great bedside manner, he's kind thoughtful and very compassionate. He staff is great too!
