I recently had laser hair removal with Ethel and was impressed! She's very professional - explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The results have been fantastic so far, and I experienced minimal discomfort during the sessions. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference. Ethel Laser hair removal doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money on hair laser removal here. I have done one laser hair removal there using Groupon. It was painless. Ethel ( the owner) told me that her laser is painless. Even if I had already paid for a full body laser hair removal in another place, she convinced me that her laser hair removal is painless and I paid for 8 sessions of bikini, underarms, chin and belly area. The first session laser for all these areas was painless. But after first session, it was as painful or more painful than other lasers I have been trying. I told Ethel that you told me that your laser hair removal is painless. She denied it. My 3rd laser session was done by her assistant with a nonfunctional laser machine. 6 weeks later for my 4th session, Ethel told me that the setting was wrong and she had to start over all sessions because of the 12 weeks delay between sessions. After this session, some of my hair started growing white and stopped responding to the laser treatment. After every session, I didn’t see any improvement in my hair loss with hair laser removal. I told her about it and she said that she was looking to replace her laser machine. She canceled my session 6 because her laser machine stopped working again. This caused another delay for my laser sessions. After a couple of weeks she send another message stating that she bought a new laser machine.I stopped going there because I have already paid for a full body laser in another spa and their results was amazing. I won’t recommend Ethel’s laser removal to my worst enemies.

Ethel is such an great person and very helpful. Her establishment is such an amazing place and environment to get your laser done, I'm half way through and loving the results.

Ethel was incredibly friendly and professional, and the spa itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I had the pleasure of experiencing a facial with Ethel, and it was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained each step of the process clearly. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and the products used felt luxurious and effective. But the results were what truly blew me away with this being my first facial. My skin has never looked better! It was glowing, hydrated, and glass like. I even received compliments on my complexion the days following. Overall, I cannot recommend ET Esthetics highly enough. I will definitely be back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.
