Like many others have said, the wait time is insane; but my bigger issue is that, I’m having prescription issues. I’ve noticed that for my last 2 visits, the doctor keeps suggesting a compound pharmacy where I have to pay out of pocket but my insurance covers non-compounded prescriptions! When I pass on non-compounded prescriptions, he doesn't put the regular ones that my insurance covers in for me. It’s almost as though he gets money for referring patients to the compound pharmacy. It’s giving unethical. It’s time to request a new dermatologist, shame on you Dr. Jack Dupee.

This is my 3rd visit here. I’m never one to write reviews however this clinic sadly missed the mark. Over my last 3 appointments I have shown up on time, and waited over 45 minutes to be seen. As someone who also works for a living I don’t appreciate my time not being valued. One of these such “appointments” I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room only to finally be seen and told they were going there order some medication and schedule me for a follow up. This could easily be handled over the phone. I received my $72 bill in the mail 2 weeks later.

The staff here is amazing!! They make you feel comfortable, almost like I've known them forever lol. I wish all doctors offices were this laid back and welcoming!

No one answers the phone in any of their offices. It just sends you to voice mail. This is extremely annoying when. You want information on a letter they sent you on services received in their office 1/16/2025.

My experience here was beyond amazing. Not only was everyone extremely polite, but they were very punctual, and just fast in general, without sacrificing quality. Something that I've never witnessed in such a way in any other medical office. To top it all off when the doctor realized I was self paying he found me and provided coupons that worked for the pharmacy I chose and did everything he could to keep costs down, again without sacrificing quality. This is a beyond exceptional office and staff and made going to a doctors office a pleasant one.
