Not only is Dr. Gerard thorough and knowledgeable, she gets you in and out of the office faster than any Dr I have ever been to. My appt was at 8:45, I arrived at 8:40 and was back in my car at 9:00. It’s this way every time. I’ve never been in the waiting room with more than one person. It’s so nice that at least one Dr still respects their patients time.

As good of an experience as a patient could desire. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The wait time was great; three minutes after my appointment time I was taken back. Shortly after the nurse finished her inquires, the doctor came in! She performed two procedures and I was as on my way. Being old enough to have multiple doctors appointments for various needs, this was. By far this is how I wish all of them should be. Last week after waiting an hour and a half at a different doctor’s appointment, I left. My time is just as important as the doctor’s time.

She is very knowledgeable, and takes great care of you. She explains everything. I feel very lucky to have a Doctor like her. Plus the fact that she is very beautiful, inside and out.

Great staff from the reception desk to Dr. Girard. The office and exam rooms are spotless. I have been going here since we moved here 9 years ago and I have always been seen on time, received thorough and comprehensive exams. I had one issue that had been treated for several years at our old hometown in another state that was misidentified. Harbin Dermatology quickly identified the condition, determined a treatment plan, and it is now under control.
