My experience with PA Douglas DiRuggiero was really good and positive. He spent just the right amount of time with me, addressed all of my issues, help make sense of my situation, and gave me current and possibly future solutions to my skin and allergy issue. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a competent and quality professional in Dermatology.

I arrived about 13 minutes before my appointment, and was taken to the exam room quickly, about a 5 minute wait. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. I waited only a few minutes and was seen by the doctor. He made his assessment and informed me of his findings. He then prescribed some medications and instructed me on its use. The entire experience was quick, professional and pleasant. Thanks for your efforts.

Calling for an appointment was an easy process. They text you some forms to fill out online for a smoother entry experience. They also text reminders for appointment day and time! Upon arrival I was checked in very quickly by the staff and the waiting area was spacious. The nurse who brought me back was very kind and listened to all of my history about my skin. My doctor, Jane, was very attentive and super thorough. She took the time to address each of my concerns and explained her thought processes. I felt very comfortable with her and really appreciated how invested she was in making sure I received quality care. I'm a pretty anxious person so going to the doctor can be a nerve wracking experience for me (especially financially) but this was an absolutely lovely experience. I think I found my new dermatologist and I'm so excited to feel confident in my skin 🙂.
