They seem all right as far as personality. New offices are clean and spacious. But it takes a week or more to get any prescriptions sent in (multiple times now). They don't answer messages on the phone, requiring patients to use the patient portal. But they don't respond to messages on the patient portal, either. My last prescription was sent in wrong because the doctor didn't check the notes. Overall, find a different practice if you want any kind of responsiveness or reliability.
Judy, Annalise, and Dr. Gwynn were extraordinary with their time and listened to my concerns. Never felt rushed. Dr. Gwynn really talks to you (not at you) and addresses your concerns. I went there feeling afraid and left there relieved and knowledgeable. Front end staff is also kind and accommodating. This practice gets it right.
Dr Gwynn was extremely disrespectful and had no patient privacy and violated HIPAA. He was in the hallway talking to his co working about his patients and called me a liar. The doctor made me feel uncomfortable. The doctor was very malicious when speaking to me and didn’t seem to be bothered how he was speaking to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AT ALL. I have been for several visit and each time the doctors have told me I was lying about taking my medication. The last visit was this month 8/13/24. The doctor said I had to be drugged tested since it was workers compensation, after I turned my urine sample in they stated they took my urine to see if I had been taking my medication. I feel like these doctors are racist and very much biased. I still don’t recommend seeing this doctor office at all. I absolutely have hated my treatment. And it’s offensive how you have treated me a black patient and discharged me from your office without reaching out to me. The office told my workers comp they left a voicemail and that was a lie. The way you and your office had treated me is ridiculous & I won’t allow it
Had a family member receive a misdiagnosis from this practice after initial examination and testing. Initial diagnosis gave our family significant anxiety for months while waiting to get in for further testing and 2nd opinions. After further testing was done, the initial diagnosis from one of the providers ended up being incorrect. Received a 2nd opinion at a larger practice and they were shocked at how our case was handled all-around.
Brandy Hughes is amazing! After struggling with chronic migraines for decades I finally sought help. It took several months trying various relieves and medications, but my headaches are finally under control and I feel like I have my life back! The rest of the office staff are delightful to deal with, caring and professional. I highly recommend this group!
