I absolutely love Shi Lashes Salon. As soon as you walk in, you are amazed by the design, the ambience and friendly staff, everyone is so welcoming. The owner, Rashida Nicole does a phenomenal job with eyelash extensions. Jennifer did my microblading and my life has been transformed! They are extremely thorough when it comes to waxing, and i literally look forward to my bi-weekly appointments. Shi Lashes Salon prices are very reasonable especially for the Sandy Springs area. I highly recommend this full service beauty salon!

I Love Shi Lashes ! It’s so cute & cozy inside , on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s they Serve Wine! The staff is Super friendly and professional . I Get my Lashes done here regularly. They also have Makeup services , Wax & Facials . Stop by when you’re in Atlanta !

I wanted to pick this salon so that I can support a black owned business, but per usual it was highly unprofessional. I was calling the number provided for 3 days straight and got no answer, when I finally just gave up I received a text message from that same number on the 4th day saying they are sorry they missed my call. I asked a few questions about their salon and even the answers were slightly rude. I saw online somewhere that they accept walk ins so I drove 20min to get a service. Nobody was at the front desk which they need a receptionist & business phone because that is why they are losing customers, whoever is using their personal cell phone it’s just not an appropriate way to communicate with potential customers. Someone comes from around the wall asking if I had an appointment and I said no and she informed me that I had to schedule one. She seemed really overwhelmed and stressed out so I wasn’t too upset. I didn’t want to schedule an appointment right then because my schedule is so hectic, so I thought I could try texting the number. To make the story shorter...NOBODY answers the texts at an adequate time. I purchased this on groupon so I already paid my money. I was blowing up with phone calls and texts and basically they could care less that they took my money and would respond or pick up to give me the service I paid for. NEVER GO

This is a dope business! The entire staff is so friendly! They al try to make sure you have such a wonderful experience. On top of that, their services are great! Love the lash extensions & facials!

Worst customer service ever. It’s impossible to reach whoever is in charge and it’s so frustrating. You can attempt to contact any time during business hours and still won’t ever get a response. Want to leave a voicemail? You can’t because it’s always full. Want to leave a text so they can contact you? They won’t. Want to know availability to schedule a service? They won’t respond. Want to wait for them to reach out to you? Will ignore your attempts to contact for a week+ and never reach out. It’s almost like they don’t want your money.. whoever runs this definitely should not own a business.
