My wife got a biopsy nearly three weeks ago. This clinic is taking entirely too long to get back to her with the results. I understand there was a hurricane, but the procedure was nearly two weeks before the storm arrived. My wife has called a few times only to be able to leave a VM because no one answered the phone. Someone finally left her a VM saying they'd call back the next day, and they have yet to do it. This is extremely unprofessional for the results of a procedure that could be dire, and my wife and I are growing concerned.

Please share your pricing when making appointments for procedures. Especially when a deposit is taken and then lost at the time of appointment due to unexpected price. (Had this done before and did NOT expect it gave more the doubled. 😓)

My husband and I went for routine skin cancer checks. We met with the PA, Stephen Quarterman, who answered all of our questions while removing 3 suspicious spots on my husband and one on me. I would give him 5 stars. However, our appointment was at 9:15am and we weren't even called back until 10am, where we waited another 15 minutes and didn't see Stephen until 10:15am. I was surprised that at 9:15am they were already behind an hour. I absolutely hate waiting that long for a scheduled appointment when I too have a schedule to keep.

Dr. Gaughf is the absolute best. There is absolutely no scare from where the stitches were after she removed two abscesses from my face. It looks like nothing was done to it at all. I would recommend her to everyone.
