I love getting my lashes done with Carmen! She is the best and very professional. The whole experience is very relaxing and I get so many compliments! I look forward to each visit. I also love the other services offered. Both Carmen and Barbie are amazingly talented and know how to make you look your best! Highly recommend them!!

Great people however my laser hair removal treatment was a waste of money. At first, I thought I was just one of those tough cases. Then i I went to another spa and tried again. After my first treatment I noticed a difference. There was an issue with scheduling. Appointments were supposed to be set 4-6 weeks apart. Sometimes I was scheduled 2 weeks apart. I felt like they were rushing me through since I prepaid. No follow up after my treatments were complete.

I absolutely love Lash Fantasy. Barbie and Carmen are amazing and produce the best lash installation I have ever had. I have had lashes before, but it was the first time that someone sat down with me and educated me on how to take care of my lashes. My lashes have remained intact and it’s been over 2 weeks. I also receive compliments every where I go. I will be returning soon.

My lashes look absolutely amazing. I had a bad experience at another place. Carmen took the time to educate me completely on lash care. Carmen's dedication, expertise, kindness and awesome customer service make Lash & Body Fantasy the best salon! The salon is beautiful and so was Andy who greeted with me and chatted with me.

I was truly impressed with the atmosphere, the customer service, the education, and the cleanliness of this business. However, I only gave it four stars because the result was not what I asked for. The lash tech did not listen when I stated I wanted full, wispy, Demi shaped lashes. Upon completion of the lash service I saw and was very unhappy. The tech, only at that time, told me that I could have gotten the hybrid lashes to give me the look I was asking for. I asked her why she didn’t inform me BEFORE she did this look (classic is what she called it). She responded with “because that’s what most of our clients come to get”. I kindly provided her some feedback that she can implement in her services going forward, which was to ask the client what their expectations are and after consulting the client’s lashes inform them what can be done. Give the client the option to continue or not continue service. Now I’m stuck with wispy parsley looking lashes for a vacation that I leave for tomorrow. I can’t put on a strip lash or wear mascara to make them fuller like I requested. Upon checking out, no customer service recovery was granted. A tree removal could have been offered since I just paid $200 for unsatisfied service, but that wasn’t offered. Now I have to go across town to try and get another lash tech to try and resolve this. Please note this is was just my experience. I’m sure many have left satisfied. But I will not be returning.
