I had some skin concerns, and appointments were booking out through April. During the process of setting up my appointment, I was given an option to take a cancellation that opened for that week. I jumped on that option and was seen very quickly. The staff was professional, welcoming, and kind.

This is my second time there with the same experience happening last year. I wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, another 15 minutes in the patient room undressed and cold for the doctor to come in for three minutes As she quickly looks at “most” of my body and say you’re good to go. This time when I walked out, there wasn’t even a receptionist just a card on the counter with my next year appointment. At the beginning of my appointment, I even walked up to the front desk after waiting for 25 minutes to confirm my appointment time and the receptionist just said yeah they’re running a few minutes behind.

I love this team! They take such good care of you and make it a personal experience while maintaining professionalism. They are exceptional in identifying exactly what needs to be done and mitigating any health risks before it becomes a serious issue if it all possible.

Lindsey was so personable. She took lots of time for my questions as well as made suggestions for preventive care. Very thorough visit!
