Very disappointed in my visit this time. Love Lindsay she is very good and thorough. However, I had a 2:30 appointment, didn’t get into the exam room until 2:40, sat in the exam room for at least a half hour, half naked. When Lindsey and her assistant finally came in, there was no apology about the long wait. It is so frustrating when doctor’s offices make appointments too close together and patients have to wait so long to be seen. If a patient was late, they would be charged for it. Also, I was being told that I owed $15 from a visit over a year ago. WHAT? They’re claiming I had a $50 co-pay last year. Due to a change in my insurance, I have a $50 co-pay this year. Last year, I had a $40 co-pay which was paid at the time of my visit. Now because of messed up accounting I’m the one that has to get this figured out. Not happy.

Who looks forward to going to a doctor's appointment? 👋 I do once a year mainly because of Lindsey! She is not only a sweetheart but thorough in her body checks. Once a sun lover, I've had several moles removed by Lindsey that were cancerous and pre-cancerous. Sure takes time to answer questions and offers advise for skin care.

I absolutely love Lindsey. She is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable in her field. The office of Atlantic Dermatology also is punctual and efficient. I will continue to recommend this office and Lindsey.

Lindsey has completely redefined what a dermatologist appointment should look like. After using another dermatologist for years, I am SO happy I requested a change. Talking with Lindsey is like talking to a friend. Her bedside manner is so personable and thorough. What really sealed the deal for me though, was after she completed a standard procedure, freezing small pre-cancerous areas, the spots weren’t agonizingly painful for hours afterward! They only hurt for the few moments she was applying the spray.

This was my first visit to Atlantic Shore Dermatology office. Starting with the ladies in the front office being so customer service focused to Lindsey Gross Jones PA being very thorough and answering all my questions. I was a bit nervous and Lindsey was terrific. If you need to see a dermatologist I highly recommend Atlantic Shore Dermatology….
