Altera Aesthetix (Refine Statesboro)

I have been going to Altera for several years now. I had to take a break from injectables due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. Erin is the best and I always walk out feeling incredibly educated about what I have recieved and to expect afterwards. I do like that they believe in simplicity and the less is more approach. If you’re looking for medical aesthetics, this is the place to go. ♥️

Altera has been great to me. Everyone from the front desk staff to my injector, Erin is welcoming, friendly, and helpful making my first couple experiences with filler so seamless despite my nerves. I love my results from my baby lip and having the option to add more at my follow up, which I couldn’t say no to. I also got a syringe of chin filler that I’m so happy with already. Erin is very knowledgeable and comforting, I’m so happy to have this location close to me. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Refine are so kind and committed to making sure your concerns are addressed. I booked my first appointment 2 months ago with Erin to discuss a skincare regimen for acne-prone skin. She is so kind, knowledgeable and solution driven. I have had two follow-ups since, and I have been so impressed with the care Erin, Merrill and Molly have shown me. I love the team approach that is taken at Refine to care for their clients. I am using the ZO skincare line that they offer and have customized to my needs. Highly recommend this office! 10/10

Refine has been so great to me! I went in for skin care consultation with Erin, and in four days my acne has majorly cleared up I’ve never been happier with products like i have with the ones Erin recommended. The team is so nice (and beautiful) i was in shock at all the services they offer, once my skin is perfect for me i will definitely be getting other services from Refine! I highly recommend them, not a waste of time or money, it’s very worthwhile and rewarding!

The staff is so friendly and nice ! I got a baby lip and loved it so much I went in and got more:). They also gave me their phone number if I was worried about anything I could just text them which is super convenient! When I went in they told me everything I need to know which was great and didn't leave me wondering about things! And after my appointment she was so nice and sent me the before and after photos. I also know they also have really good skin care treatments and I think that’s what I’m going to try next. Overall I definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get filler or clear their acne:)
