As I sat in the parking lot and read the reviews about this facility and staff, I basically flipped a coin as to whether to go into my appointment or not… I decided to go for it! This place was much closer to my home, they took my insurance and I needed to be seen. I can’t fathom what any of the other reviewers experienced and griped about… my experience was amazing. Upon entry thru the front doors there was a large, nice, clean waiting room with 2 young ladies at the desk. One asked immediately how she could help me. She got my drivers license and insurance card, gave me the traditional stack of paperwork to fill out and then returned my cards to me while I worked on the forms. A couple minutes BEFORE my appointment time, a nurse came out with a smile, called my name and asked me to follow her back. Upon reaching the room which was very clean, she asked the reason for my visit, got some history and let me know Dr. McAlvany would be in shortly. Within 2 minutes of my appointment time Dr. McAlvany was in the room, talked dermatological history with me, addressed my concerns and reason for my visit and sent me on my way. I turned in my paperwork upon exit to another friendly face at the front desk and was on my way. I can’t for the life of me understand the reviews on this place. My experience was excellent and I look forward to going back in the future.

From the time I walked into this place everyone was nice and professional. From the front desk to the Dr. Zero wait time so it was properly scheduled. Just all-around good experience for myself.

From a text I received prior to my appointment; "Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time... There is no grace period for late arrivals." So... patients are required to show up early and get ZERO grace period, but the practice gets a 15-minute "grace period"? How to tell patients the practice has zero respect for patient time, without actually writing the words.

Dr. Rodriguez is the best dermatologist I have ever met. She listens to my concerns and suggest the treatment accordingly. I have never experienced any kind of delay in any aspect. However, I have been experiencing delay for the past 3 months. I need help with my medicine and I leave a message but no one responds me back. So far I have missed my medicine and my symptoms are coming back but I am unable to get the hold of anyone. I am not sure what's going on.

STAY AWAY. Especially Dr. McAlvany. I spent more time filling out paperwork than being seen by her and she didn't really care about my issue or could offer a solution ("Could be anything"). They just want to make money (as evident by the exorbitant fee; using the wrong billing code so that insurance wouldn't deduct as much)
