I had my first physical at Truecare and it was the best. The waiting room feels like a spa with very relaxing music and calm. Dr. Phan was very friendly and informative. I had blood works and the assistant did a great job, I didn’t even feel the needle. If you are looking for a nice clinic and doc., this is the place for you.

Highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely nice, attentive, and caring. I recently came in to get my blood tested, but unfortunately I ended up passing out. EVERYBODY in the office rushed in to help me. I think the whole office was in the room at one point to check on me. Not only did they provide me with drinks and snacks, but they even set up a place for me to rest and recover. Truly top tier service and care.

Miss Janet, in particular, stood out with her friendly demeanor and professionalism. She made sure I felt comfortable and addressed all my concerns with genuine care. The clinic's atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of top-notch medical care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ngoc Phan for 2 years now. I can honestly say that not only do I recommend her wholeheartedly but I am certain she will be my Dr for as long as I stay in the area. Dr Phan is gentle, attentive, and personable. She listens and proactively takes action. But not just Dr Phan, her entire staff from the front desk, to the nurses, PA, and lab team all have shown their quality of care and professionalism. This is the kind of place that will go out of their way to know you’re taken care of. I can’t recommend Dr Phan and her team enough!
