Dr Lei Alexio at Primary Care Plus in Pearl Kai center is by far the best doctor I ever had/have. To schedule an appointment with them is super easy. The staff and doctors at Primary Care really do genuinely care for your well being. Highly recommended if your looking for a PCP.

Dr. Le is truly a standout physician and has developed an exceptional business model that prioritizes patient care. For the first time in a long while, I felt truly heard—Dr. Le listens with an open mind and takes the time to understand your concerns and views. He does not rush you and takes the time to ask questions and listen. Very progressive approach to care. After a recent emergency surgery, his thoughtful and compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable, safe, and reassured, which led me to make the decision to switch to him for my primary care. His kindness and genuine interest in my well-being are rare qualities in healthcare today. Additionally, I appreciate that his office strongly supports holistic treatment options and aesthetics, offering a well-rounded approach to health and wellness that makes caring for yourself even easier.

The Primary Care Plus team is wonderful. Dr. Le is very helpful in making sure my health gets back in order. The one thing I would like to share is their innovative laser machine. Only after a couple treatments my arthritis in my knee did not hurt anymore. I was able to work on strengthening my leg without pain. The laser treatments helped me to walk better so I can exercise and keep my health under control. I would highly recommend it if you struggle with daily activities of life because of pain. It’s been about a couple months and my knee is still pain free! Thank you Dr. Le!

Current patient with this facility referred to it by the VA. I HIGHLY recommend it, DR KY is amazing extremely understanding and empathetic. Appointments are always quick and easy to get. There would be some things that I needed and the VA wouldn't cover and doc said don't worry about it "it's on me" that says a lot about the type of provider he is. The staff is also top tier always extremely helpful whenever I call or walk in. "Wait time" is virtually non-existent when my appointment is at a certain time I'm seen within that time which is a something other facilities need to reciprocate.

They are always there providing care and advice for my better health.
