I went in for hair removal treatment and my technician was Amber. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I met her. I love how slowly my hair is growing back. I can’t wait till my treatments are all done. Hair freeeee forever .

I would give zero stars if I could. Rude and very poor customer service. There must have been a misunderstanding because I was scheduled for the wrong day and was charged $25 for not showing up. Which is understandable but when asked if I could reschedule, I was yelled at over the phone by a crazy lady who is supposedly the one and only esthetician at the salon. (?) Some of her exact words: let me tell you something, I don't know where you are a student but I'm not trying to run a high school (I'm not a student), I've been practicing at London, Australia so I know what I'm doing..... (Irrelevant if you don't know how to service clients professionally.) Then she screams, I don't care! Groupon is expired! (the receptionist mentioned that I still had a session left) and slams the phone. It's unfortunate because my past experiences here were pretty decent. What happened to all the nice professional understanding estheticians that used to work there? Even with a session left, I'd rather let it go to waste. I'm more concerned about the type of service I would be provided. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for a professional salon with good customer service.

I went to Q Laser because I bought a package from Groupon. I bought three treatments for my face and my first treatment was ok. I went back for a second and my face was burned. It's been a year and I think of Q Laser everyday, every time I look in the mirror! It wasn't until my face was burnt and SCARRED that I found out I wasn't the only person burnt by Q Laser. My experience only got worse when I tried to get a refund of my last treatment, the unused treatment, they refused to give my money back!! I told them and showed them what they'd done to my face and they said, "give it a few months and it won't be as visible." Are you kidding me!?!? Well, it's been well over "a few months" and my face is still scarred from above my ear to my chin and another on the other side of my face. I now have to cut my hair a certain way so I can try to cover this hideous thing and I have to wear makeup, which I've never worn makeup before so I've had to gain experience in that so I didn't walk around looking like a clown who put her makeup on in the dark!!!!! I hate Q Laser for what they've done to myself and the others they've burnt. Don't let them ruin your face the way they've done to mine. You only have one!!

Q Laser Center offers various treatments from laser hair removal, facials, to facial treatments. The Venus and Laser Genesis treatments at Q Laser are the best to add firmness and lift to the face. I've had several treatments and can see the difference in firmness after two treatments. In addition, I've noticed that my under eye bags are not as pronounce after these treatments. The treatments take about 30 minutes and are non-invasive and painless. You will feel some warmth, but Mary, the aesthetician, is always aware of her client's comfort. Her gentle hands are very soothing and comforting. You'll love going to Qlaser. It is very clean and attractive. Also, it is conveniently located at the mauka end of Bethel St. where it meets Beretania St. and validated parking is available at the Kukui Plaza parking center.

The staff, services, and prices are amazing. The laser treatments are very effective and I haven't had to shave ever since. I enjoy every visit and the staff even listens to my personal problems!
