Complete Dermatology

My first visit on 12/31 with Marta G. went very well especially for a holiday. I was previously going to another derm office in queens pob2 and it wasn't working out. I addressed concerns for my scalp and finally got answers on a skin condition that I was worried about, only thing I say that is difficult was calling the office, it seems like they have a call center?? or not but prior to scheduling I called a bunch and could not get through. I'm fortunate that I work in the same area as them so I walked in and scheduled the gyals there seemed nice. This office needs a more well deserving review but I would recommend Marta G.

Just beware when making an appointment here! I’ve had my appointment with this practice scheduled for TWO months, and they call me the day before to reschedule! I took off work to go to the appointment, and couldn’t adjust my schedule to make it the very next day. They literally gave me a 24 hour notice and if I couldn’t reschedule for that specific time, I’d have to wait TWO more months for an opening. When I called back to discuss scheduling, I was sent to voicemail and never received a call back. Absolutely unprofessional.

This place should be called complete clown show, not complete dermatology. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times, rescheduling the last appt. 2 days before to a time that was very inconvenient for me. I agreed to the change of appointment since at this point I just wanted to get it over with. I arrive 5 minutes early, they take me back about 10 minutes late even though there is no one else in the waiting room, take me to room 8, ask to strip to my underwear, and proceed to leave me sitting in a freezing cold room for 22 minutes. At this point I have had enough, get dressed and leave. What a joke this place is, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We haven't had good luck with this place. Always seem to be a problem with appointments and communication. I really liked one of of the doctors, how she is never available and haven't been as pleased with the other doctors. My guess is they need more front office training and need to allow more time for appointments. It's a shame because I really like the original doctor.

The staff and Eric @ Complete Dermatology are amazing...I have been a patient for a couple years and I will continue you to be with them for many more to come. I look forward to every appointment when scheduled that's how awesome this office is. Thank you genuinely for everything you have done for me ❤️
