Wonderful experience! I got dysport and a lip flip. They took the time to go over exactly what I wanted and met all of my treatment goals, while staying within my budget. Everyone there is sweet and amazing to work with! I will be going back for all my skincare needs, highly recommended:)

They were AMAZING! I have never been so thoroughly checked and made to feel completely comfortable the entire time. They are educational and explain to you what they are doing and the meanings behind what they are saying to you. I felt safe and heard. The receptionist was so friendly and made me feel instantly at ease.

What a great experience! I came out of my Diamond Glow experience literally with soft, glowing skin. Dayna is very skilled and knowledgeable. She talked me through the process so I knew what to expect. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I've been here a few times for different treatments and it's always a wonderful experience! Dr Monica and her staff are always welcoming and always take time to listen. Dr Monica is very helpful determining the right treatment for you and you never feel pressure to receive unnecessary treatments or products. I won't go anywhere else!

03/15/2023 I’m back to add to my previous review after ANOTHER great visit with Steph and the staff at Dr. Monica’s Waimea office. Simply outstanding care and professionalism! I will never go anywhere else. They pay such close attention to detail and are so knowledgeable and skilled at what they do, my experiences with them are everything I hoped for and then some. And wow, talk about results! I only wish I’d have come to see them sooner! Their top-notch expertise, kindness, empathy and understanding make this an all-star team that literally performs magic. If you’re wavering, DO IT! You owe it to yourself!!! 03/01/2023 What a great experience! We are so lucky to have this top-tier staff right here in Waimea! I had researched all the different offices on our island (and Oahu, honestly) and Dr. Monica’s team came highly recommended. I was NOT disappointed! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Steph and her PA took the care and time to talk with me about my expectations and carefully explain every part of the process, including different options and came up with a treatment plan that worked perfectly for me! They are all so well informed and highly trained, it was easy to relax and put my faith in them. These ladies truly care about their patients and it is evident in everything they do. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. I will never go anywhere else!
