Dermatology Clinic of Idaho - Boise

I have been going here for years, they have saved my life. Generally speaking, I love this office and the people who work in it. I tell people who don’t get yearly full body checks to go here because they have been so thorough in the past. However, last time I had to remind to check my scalp which is fine for me but I worry people who don’t know what a full check should look like and don’t know to ask might have something missed. The detailed logging of my spots to compare change and checking the less obvious places is what I’ve loved about this office.

The visit was quick, in and out. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. I felt like a number vs. a person at check in and during the appointment. The person at checkout provided customer service and made me feel “human” vs. on a conveyor belt, so to say, to get my skin checked.

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly Vibe. Dr was easy to talk to, professional, put me at ease, and explained everything. Her recommendations were 'user friendly' with printouts to take home. I will be back in a year and am so glad THIS is my new Dermatologist!

I had a very fast and efficient yearly check up. I feel like it was very thorough. Shawna addressed all my concerns quickly and effectively. She was very knowledgeable and I quickly felt like I could trust her and her recommendations.

This agency has been so great to work with. My 9 year old son has been struggling with lick lippers dermatitis for months. My pediatrics office wasn't much help. Dermatology Clinic of Idaho was able to schedule my son within a few days of calling. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Additionally, their communication is phenomenal. I feel like I received very considerate care especially as a working parent navigating kids school schedules and all the things.
