Lyndsy and her team are amazing. Lyndsy is incredibly knowledgeable and continues to learn and and add tools to her toolbox. She takes time to listen and really understand what is important to you. She truly cares about helping people. Since working with Lyndsy I have seen huge improvements in joint pain and inflammation, and my recovery from activity is so much better. I also see Lyndsy for aesthetics and she is amazing at that as well. I highly recommend the entire Foundation Functional Medicine team!
