Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery Coeur d'Alene

This was my first visit to Advanced Dermatology. I love the building’s location & felt very calm in the beautiful waiting room. I completed my check in online. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I love Dr Hill! She is so personable and kept reassuring me she’s here for me! I look forward to all my visits to see Dr Hill and highly recommend her!

Overall this was a very quick and easy experience. My Dr was very friendly, and provided efficient solutions to the purpose of my visit. The only critique I have is it was over so quick, and when she and the tech left there was no goodbye or direction for what was next, so I had to step out of the room and ask the tech desk if I was good to go. No one had an answer or tried to find out. I spotted the tech who helped me and figured it out myself. That was odd. Anyways, I’m happy with results, if I need further treatment I would go back.

We were happy to find this Dermatologist clinc. Our Family feels comfortable with Hilary Cutler and enjoys her style of patient care. So many practitioners don’t even take the time to get to know their patients anymore. They can’t be bothered to have a conversation or they are on some sort of device with screen instead of making eye contact. So it was really nice to have a different experience here. We really appreciate Hillary, taking her time to make us feel comfortable and talk with us about our concerns. The office in building is also very nice, clean organized, and well decorated. The office staff has always been courteous and direct about billing ,positive experience overall!

Hillary was absolutely awesome! I felt she was very thorough and was very easy to interact with. I felt that it was a great appointment. You could tell she really cares about her Patient.

I am a first time patient and what an amazing experience I had! Everyone was friendly and attentive. Dr. Hill was so kind and took care of me right away. She answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. Very positive experience.
