Greeted by Emily with a happy voice and warm smile. Karla Hanson is my provider and she always does the very best job. She is warm and friendly even with the dreaded can in her hand. I have family history of melanoma and personal issue of basil cell so I never miss my yearly exam. Karla is wonderful - so skilled in making you feel comfortable and such a professional provider. Highly recommend North Idaho Dermatology and Kayla Hanson as well.

I have been an appreciative patient, for many years with North Idaho Dermatology. The waiting area is large and easy to feel comfortable , with Wi-Fi also 🍀 Receptionists are efficient with a smile . The CNAs are calm and kind , as they show me to the room to get settled . And the care that I received from the doctors, has been exceptional . 👏 So nothing has changed about the great care, as I had a checkup a week or so ago. everyone I interacted with, were excellent with the exam and made certain that I understood what the next step would be. Which is that I am healthy!!! One out of five… they a Big Five from me. ! Thank you for your support, care, and service.

Very professional. Making the appointment and the front desk I found to be kind and helpful. I highly recommend Karla Hansen, it was good to have a provider talk with you instead of talking at you. In other words, she listens. The nurse or CNA whose name i can't recall was great as well.

Always super happy with North Idaho dermatology! They are so good about getting me in when I need them the most. Most dermatology offices you have to wait months for an appointment but they are there for you when you need them! Thank you! I absolutely love the nurse practitioners!
