A bit of an odd review since I have yet to actually see Luci, but I wanted to comment on her customer service. We had some unforeseen obstacles (on my part) and encountered some unexpected events to our appointment and she went above and beyond to ensure the best nonetheless. I cannot wait to see Luci and have her work her magic on my eyebrows like all on her Instagram!

I went to Luci for microblading and powder brows and she did an outstanding job! The shape and color are exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy with how they turned out. She was very knowledgeable about everything she was doing and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was also amazing at making sure I was comfortable at all times and kept a very professional and clean work environment. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great job, really patient. I don't take numbing medications well, and Luci-Ann was really great making sure I stayed numb while she worked. She took extra time to ensure I didn't look insane with makeup, and the brows are so well done that you can't tell it's not real! I actually have eyebrows instead of nothing!
