I don't leave reviews often, but felt it warranted in this case. I really don't understand the negative reviews I've seen here. I was seen by Dr. Burry several months ago after suffering a sudden hearing loss. Unfortunately, my primary physician had misdiagnosed me, and by the time I got in to see Dr. Burry, the loss was permanent. Still, the treatment I received from Dr. Burry and the staff was courteous, thorough, and professional. So much so that when my wife also suddenly lost hearing in one ear, I insisted she call them. They got her in the same day and she was seen by Dr. Pierce. Fortunately, her loss was caused by an obstruction and he was able to remove it and restore her hearing immediately. We are both satisfied and grateful for the care the clinic has provided.

We have been visiting Dr. Pierce for my daughters ears since January and our experience has been incredible. He and his staff have been so responsive to any questions we have and they are always friendly and patient with our 1 year old. They are a very busy practice but make each patient feel heard and they truly care, even when I’m just being a paranoid mama! Thanks Valley Facial Plastics and ENT!!

Be Aware - May not provide all information related to your sinus surgery or go through other methods of treatment prior to sinus surgery. I wouldn’t recommend. Please visit Pullman or Spokane ENT. Prior to surgery look into ENS or otherwise known as empty nose syndrome.

**They removed my review** My complaint against this business is with Dr. Pierce. I don't recommend having surgery on your nose and especially not at this place of business. My son suffers daily because of them as his nose has been permanently damaged. I would never recommend this place. Go outside of the valley for an ENT.

Great experience!! I had two other visits to their competitor whom turned down the work and referred me to Valley Facial Plastics, which I am thankful for. My first visit to Valley Facial Plastics and Dr. Pierce and his staff handled the matter that day on a non-surgery day. Kudos to Dr. Pierce and his staff!!
